The Management / Governing Body of PERLAMUN, S.L.U. (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) assumes the highest level of responsibility and commitment to establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving this Data Protection Policy, with the objective of achieving excellence in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), as well as the applicable Spanish legislation governing the protection of personal data.

The Data Protection Policy of PERLAMUN, S.L.U. is based on the principle of accountability, under which the Data Controller is responsible for complying with the applicable legal and regulatory framework governing this Policy and must be able to demonstrate such compliance to the competent supervisory authorities.

This Data Protection Policy is communicated to all employees of PERLAMUN, S.L.U. and is made available to all interested parties.

Consequently, this Policy applies to every member of the organization. All personnel are required to understand, accept, and comply with its provisions, taking personal responsibility for applying the applicable data protection rules within their respective duties and for identifying and proposing any opportunities for continuous improvement in order to achieve the highest standards of compliance.

This Policy shall be reviewed by the Management / Governing Body of PERLAMUN, S.L.U. whenever considered necessary to ensure that it remains fully aligned with current legislation governing the protection of personal data.
